EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE CLUB’S FACILITIES. The facilities of the Club shall be for the exclusive use of its members. Subject to the Rules as may be issued by the Board of Directors, guests may also use of the designated facilities therof.
NO IN-HOUSE CARD, NO SERVICE POLICY. Upon presentation of your Temporary card/membership card to the Front Desk staff at the lobby, you and endorsed guests will be issued an In-House card. The In-House card/membership card must be presented to any of the staff in any of the facilities you may want to use. The Club strictly observes the No-In House Card, No Service Policy. Upon check-out, please turn over your In-House Card to the cashiers at the lobby.
NON-COMMERCIAL CHARACTER. No member shall be allowed to use the facilities of the Club in the direct pursuit of a commercial activity. Neither shall the Club premises be used for the purpose of soliciting or collecting any subscription or funds of any nature foreign to Club activities, nor for obtaining
signatures of petitions relating to matters other than Club purposes, for any political or religious purpose whatsoever.
CONDUCT. The Club expects from its members and their guests ladylike or gentlemanly, and sportsmanlike behavior at all times. Members and their guests are enjoined to observe due consideration for the interests of other members, and their right to enjoy peaceably the Club’s facilities and affairs.
DRESS CODE. Appropriate attire shall be worn in the premises at all times.
AMPLIFIED MUSIC. Except during occasions, for which the written permission of the Club Management must be obtained, playing of loud music through radio, stereo, or musical instrument in the premises of the Club shall not be allowed.
FIREARMS AND OTHER DEADLY WEAPONS. Bringing of firearms and other deadly weapons within the Club’s premises is strictly prohibited.
BODYGUARDS. Bodyguards are absolutely prohibited within the Club premises except prior arrangement with the Club Management.
PETS. Pets are not allowed in the Club premises.
PERSONAL ARTICLES AND VALUABLES. SBYC is not responsible for the loss of any articles or valuables on the premises. Any articles not belonging to the Club found on the Club premises will be stored and may be claimed at the Front Desk. Any article unclaimed after three months may be disposed or in such order manner as the Club management may direct.
UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY. Members and their guests are prohibited from entering any area within the Club premises designated for SBYC STAFF ONLY unless permission is granted by the Club’s highest ranking officer present. This includes all back-of-the-house-offices, kitchen and storerooms.
ILLEGAL PARKING. All vehicles parked in restricted areas may be towed at anytime at the owner’s expense. The club will not be held liable for any damages arising from such action.
CLUB PROPERTY. No member shall remove Club property from Club premises without prior approval from the Management.
DAMAGE. Any member who breaks, damages, loses, or destroys property of the Club shall, as soon as possible, repair or replace such property at his own expense or shall be charged accordingly.
The Club reserves the right to suspend and take action against any member who is found violating any of the Club Rules and Regulations stipulated herein.
